Intelligence
What the system currently believes, by topic, with proof. Conclusions the background workers drew from your memories, each linked to the memories behind it, with controls to correct it.
Intelligence is a briefing of the conclusions SyntrofAI has drawn from your memories. It covers patterns it noticed, trends, contradictions between sources, and changes over time. Every conclusion shows the memories that support it and the ones that argue against it, so you can check it and correct it.
Open Memory and pick the Intelligence tab.
What you see
Header
- Scope buttons: My Intelligence, and Team Knowledge. Team Knowledge appears only when some agents have their own memory, with a menu to pick an agent when there are several.
- A Search Intelligence box and a refresh button.
Overview (left)
- Counters: Topics, Beliefs, Graded, Updated Today, Unconfirmed and Need Review.
- Belief Types chips with counts, to filter the list: All, Pattern, Trend, Contradiction, Change, Association, Abstraction, Conclusion.
- Needs Your Attention: contradictions and checks that were triggered. When there are none it reads "Nothing requires review."
Topics (middle)
Pinned topics come first, then the newest. Each topic card shows:
- its kind and status (Live, Unconfirmed or Needs Review);
- its title and current answer;
- a bar comparing supporting and opposing evidence;
- counts: beliefs, supporting, opposing, how many times it was confirmed, checks and graded outcomes;
- its date.
Load More Topics pages further. An empty scope reads "Nothing established in this scope yet." A filter that matches nothing reads "No matching topics.", with Clear Filters.
Detail (right)
Pick a topic to see:
- The claim, under a heading that matches its kind: The Pattern, The Trend, The Contradiction, What Changed, The Association, The Rule, The Conclusion or Current Belief. A lock reading Edited by you marks wording you set yourself.
- The Memories Behind It: the memories it was Built from, and those it is Corroborated by or Argued against by. Each one opens the source.
- What Would Change This: what Would overturn it, what is Taken on faith, what is Not yet known, and what it is Watching for.
- How It Changed: earlier versions, its track record, and other beliefs on the same topic.
Act on a topic
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pin | Keeps the topic at the top of the list in this browser. |
| Edit | For a concluded belief, your wording becomes the belief. It is versioned, marked Edited by you, and cannot be replaced silently. |
| Re-investigate | Describe what is wrong, choose Quick or Deep, and send it to the workforce to look again. |
| Record Outcome | Grade what happened in reality: Supported, Mixed, Missed or Unknown. Add the observed outcome and evidence references; evidence is required unless you choose Unknown, and Unknown needs the known gaps. |
| Archive | Removes the topic from the list. A reason is required, and you are asked first. |
| Retire | Removes a check from the topic. |
- Choose the scope, then search or filter by belief type.
- Open a topic and read the claim next to the memories behind it.
- If it is right, Pin it. If it is wrong, Edit it or Re-investigate.
- When reality settles the question, Record Outcome.
The Intelligence Workforce
A strip along the bottom shows the background workers that produce Intelligence, for example "Running · 2 working · 1 queued". Expand it to see:
- Right Now and what is being worked on;
- ready, scheduled, published and failed counts;
- How Work Starts: distilling new arrivals, curating the journal, curating records, and scouting for questions, each with its last run;
- The Docket of pending items, each with Reopen or Skip.
Requirements and limits
- Intelligence needs two settings in Settings → Agent → Memory: Journal consolidation enabled and Journal synth enabled. Both are on by default. If either is off, the tab warns that nothing new will be produced.
- A fresh workspace starts empty. Conclusions appear once the background workers have processed some material.
- The list loads the 60 newest items of each kind first, then pages of 100.
