Office
Your whole workforce in one place. The Floor is a live picture of every agent and workflow at work; the Org chart and People show every department, team and position, who holds it, and what it spent this month.
Office shows your whole workforce. It is the first tab of the Agency window: open Agency from the sidebar, then Office. The bar at the top switches between three views:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Floor | A live picture of the office: a desk per agent, a rack per workflow, and what is happening right now. |
| Org chart | Every department, team and position as a tree, with who holds each one. |
| People | Everyone who holds a seat, and the seats they hold. |
The Floor
- Rooms are your agent categories. Each label names the category and counts its agents, and shows N working while some of them work.
- Desks are agents, one each, with the agent's face at the desk. A working agent's screen is bright and its floor glows blue. An idle one sits on standby.
- Workflows is the hub in the middle: a server rack per workflow, around Nova's desk. A rack glows violet while its workflow runs and amber while it waits for you. The label counts your workflows and how many are active.
- Nova glows while it is answering.
- Goals is a room with one board and its projector. The board lights up while you have active goals, and the label counts them.
- Scheduler is a room with a clock. Its label counts your schedules and shows when the next one runs.
An agent counts as working while one of its chats is generating: a chat with you, a team run, a scheduled task, a goal or a helper task.
Move around
- Hover a desk or a rack to see its name and state: Working now or Idle for an agent, and Running, Waiting for you or Idle for a workflow. The board shows how many goals are active, and the clock when the next run is.
- Click a desk to open that agent's editor, or a rack to open that workflow. The board opens the Goals tab, and the clock the Scheduler.
- Zoom with the scroll wheel, around the pointer, or with +, − and Fit at the bottom left. Drag to move around. Zoom in far enough and every desk and rack shows its name.
Right now
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Agents | How many agents you have. |
| Working | How many agents are working right now. |
| Running | How many workflows have a run queued or running. |
| Need you | Workflow steps waiting for your input or review, plus goals that need you. |
| Teams | Six teams, the busiest first, with their faces, size and how many members are working. Point at a team to dim every desk outside it, and click it to open the team editor. All N teams opens the Teams tab. |
| Scheduler | How many schedules you have, and the next runs. Each one starts with who runs it: a team's faces, the agent's face, Nova's logo, or the workflow's picture. Under its name: who runs it and how often for a task, or only how often for a workflow run or a goal check-in, such as Daily at 9:00 AM. Click one to open it. |
| Goals | The goals still in play, the ones that need you first. Each has a ring in the goal's colour that fills as its time is used, and a dot for its health: green on track, amber drifting or needing you, red stalled, grey not assessed yet. Under its name, for example, On track · 18 days left. Click one to open it on the Goals tab. |
The Live badge means the activity is current: it refreshes every few seconds while the tab is open. If the activity cannot be read, the badge reads Last known and the desks keep their last state. The round arrow at the top right reloads everything.
The org
Org chart and People show how your workforce is organized, as the system records it: every department, team and position, who holds each one, and who reports to whom. Every seat is one of these:
- A department or a team: it has seats under it, and whoever holds it leads them.
- A position: held by an agent, by you, or Open.
On both views the bar shows a summary (how many departments, teams, positions and open positions there are, and the tokens spent this month; the open and spend parts show only when they are not zero) and a Find a team, position or agent box. Esc clears it.
The org is read-only for now. To change a team, use Teams, or ask Nova.
Org chart
The chart is a tree that starts at Organization, with only its first level open. Each row shows:
- an arrow that opens or closes the seats under it;
- a picture: the agent's face for a seat an agent holds, a person icon for you, a gear for System (background work), the faces of up to four agents under a department or team that nobody leads, or a dashed circle for an open position;
- the seat's title, or its holder's name when it has none, and who holds it underneath;
- how many seats are under it;
- this month's tokens, such as 12.3K tokens. A team's spend counts everything under it.
While you search, every match shows together with the seats above it.
Click a row to open its card:
- Where it sits: the path from the top of the org. Click any part to go there.
- The picture, the title, whether it is a department, a team or a position, and who holds it. The seat's purpose, when it has one.
- Reports to: the seat above it, or Nobody: this is the top of the org.
- This month: the tokens and calls, and the dollar cost on models that have a price. With no spend yet it reads Nothing yet. For a team, it includes everything under it.
- Under it: how many seats are under it, and how many directly, with a link to each seat directly under it.
The × closes the card.
People
People lists one row per holder: you first, then everyone else by name. Each row has a chip for each seat that holder holds, such as Top of the org, Leads a team, or a position and its team. Click a chip to see that seat on the Org chart.
Below the rows, Not placed yet lists the agents that hold no seat, so no team or position owns their work.
Ask Nova
Nova reads the same org. Ask it in the chat, for example "show our org" or "who does the SEO specialist report to?".
